Financial contributions and assistance

There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.

Costs to consider include:

• uniforms
• school books and equipment
• excursions and incursions
• co-curricular activities.

Voluntary school contributions

In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.

Financial assistance

If you are experiencing financial hardship and are unable to pay school expenses, you may be eligible for support from the school.

Please be assured that no student or family will experience discrimination or embarrassment due to financial difficulty.
